The Zoning Ordinance Amendment application is the procedure in which to amend the Zoning Ordinance. These applications require review before the Planning & Zoning Commission and City Council. All proposals require compliance with specific criteria outlined in the Zoning Ordinance, specifically the relationship of the amendment to the Comprehensive Plan, applicable Specific Plans and established policies, goals, and objectives of the community.
