Some child cares require administrative review by the Planning Team. This is dependent on the number of children cared for, location within a home and the zoning district. Reviews include verification of compliance with the Zoning Ordinance. The purpose of this review is to verify there is adequate space indoors and outdoors for the children, parking and drop-off are accommodated, and the health, safety and welfare of the children is protected.
