Planned Unit Development Modification - Minor

The Planned Unit Development (PUD) Modification - Minor apply to PUDs approved after December 1, 2023. To be defined as minor, the modifications will be similar to Minor Design Review applications, per Section 11-05-05.2.E.

Modifications to a PUD approved prior to December 1, 2023 will be reviewed under the Conditional Use Permit (CUP) processes for minor or major modifications.
