Variance
This application applies to any request to deviate from the standards of the Development Code, such as from dimensional standards like setbacks or use-specific design standards. A Variance application is heard at a public hearing before the Hearing Examiner for decision. If the variance is associated with a Conditional Use permit, the Hearing Examiner will defer the application to the Planning and Zoning Commission.
