The Record of Survey application includes: Minor Land Divisions, Property Line Adjustments and Parcel Consolidations. These applications are an expedited procedure for dividing up to four parcels, adjusting property lines or consolidating parcels in ways which comply with the Zoning Ordinance. These applications are reviewed administratively by the Planning Team.
