Allowed Use with Alternative Zone-Specific Standards applies to applications for an allowed use that comply with all Zone-Specific Standards for the use, except that they do not meet one or more of the Zone-Specific Standards applicable to the Allowed Use in the zoning district that they are located in and therefore are proposing Alternative Zone-Specific Standards for approval. These applications are reviewed by the Planning and Zoning Commission for decision.
