"Having this outside entity review our processes and procedures proves our services meet the highest standards, and we are very proud of this international accreditation."
The Boise Police Department Crime Lab is accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 through April 30, 2024. To maintain A2LA accreditation, outside assessors independently evaluate laboratory manuals, reports, and corrective actions. Representatives of A2LA regularly visit laboratories to assess compliance to international standards and laboratory policy and procedure.
