Real pumpkins, gourds, hay bales, corn stalks and other natural seasonal items can go in your compost cart, as long as they aren’t painted or modified beyond carvings. Please remove any lights and decorations first.
Give your pumpkins a second life by checking if local farms accept them as treats for chickens or goats.
Consider investing in reusable artificial pumpkins to enjoy year after year.
