Computer Equipment

This is Household Hazardous Waste.
The following computer equipment can be dropped off at any household hazardous waste collection site or at the recycling area at the Ada County Landfill. Collection sites have a limit of 3 items:

  • Laptops
  • Hard drives
  • LCD Displays / Monitors
  • Computer monitors

DO NOT put these in your trash cart.

Reduce and Reuse

Consider donating to The Reuseum or Computers for Kids, local nonprofits that accept used electronics, refurbish them, and support youth education. You can also donate to a local thrift store, sell items on an online marketplace, or gift them through your local Buy Nothing group.
