This is Household Hazardous Waste and E-Waste.

Flat Screen TVs of any size are accepted at the HHW Mobile Collection Sites and at the Ada County Landfill Recovery and Diversion Area (past the scales and no limit).

Televisions smaller than 27" including those with Cathode Ray Tubes (CRTs) can be dropped off at any mobile collection site (limit 2) and at the Ada County Landfill Recovery and Diversion Area (no limit).

Console and Rear Projection TVs and televisions larger than 27” are not accepted at the HHW Mobile Collection Sites. These must be taken to the Ada County Landfill Recovery and Diversion Area.

Reduce and Reuse

When possible, repair broken televisions.

If the item is still in usable condition, consider donating to a local thrift store, selling on an online marketplace, or gifting the item through your local Buy Nothing group.
