Rate Increase Information
Below are the utility bill rate increases for fiscal year 2027, which begins October 1, 2026. Rate percentages are an average for all customers, for individual rate changes, please see fee changes in the FY2027 Adopted Budget.
The average rate increase for water renewal (sewer) bills is 9.9% for all customers.
The average rate increase for residential solid waste bills is 9% for all customers.
The average rate increase for commercial solid waste bills is 6% for all customers.
The average rate increase for commercial recycling bills is 7% for all customers.
The average rate increase for geothermal bills is 4.9% for all customers.
The average rate increase for municipal irrigation customers is 4% for all pressurized customers and 21% for all gravity lateral customers.
