Rate Increase Information
Below are the utility bill rate increases for fiscal year 2026, which began October 1, 2025. Rate percentages are an average for all customers, for individual rate changes, please see fee changes in the FY2026 Adopted Budget.
The average rate increase for water renewal (sewer) bills is 9.9% for all customers.
The average rate increase for residential solid waste bills is 8.4% for all customers.
The average rate increase for commercial solid waste bills is 3.9% for all customers.
The average rate increase for commercial recycling bills is 3.6% for all customers.
The average rate increase for geothermal bills is 4.9% for all customers.
The average rate increase for municipal irrigation is 10% for all pressurized customer and 85% for all gravity lateral customers.
