These adjustments are for Commercial Customers impacted by the Stay-At-Home order.

You must complete this form no later than 30 days after the pandemic affected bill to receive consideration of a water renewal bill adjustment.

We will process adjustment requests as quickly as possible. Please do not send a second email. You should see an adjustment to your next bill. Otherwise, you will receive an email explaining why no change was made.
