Auto Pay allows you to schedule recurring payments using your preferred payment method.
Get Started
- Log into the online Utility Billing Payment System. If you have not registered with the site, you must register for an account.
- Once logged in, go to Accounts, then select Add Account and enter your full 15-digit Utility Billing Account Number to associate it to your autopay account.
- Once the account is added, go to My Wallet and add a payment method.
- Then select AutoPay to set up your payment. (You need to have a payment method located in My Wallet before AutoPay can be set up.)
- Select a preferred Payment Method from your Wallet and click Continue.
- Select the frequency of payment best suited for your needs.
- Configure any additional payment details necessary for the selected payment frequency.
- Select Create Autopay.
- Your account is now set up for automatic payment.
