Leak Adjustment Request

Last winter, there was a significant increase in your water usage that will result in an increase in your sewer charges. Residential sewer charges are based on the average winter water usage provided every two months by Veolia for October 15 through April 15. Winter readings are used as typically there is minimal outside water usage.

If you had a leak between October 15 and April 15, you may qualify for a Leak Adjustment. To submit a Leak Adjustment request, complete the following form and attach the required documentation. Failure to provide all the required information and/or documentation will result in denial of this request.

All adjustments are completed for the next billing cycle unless disputed with-in 15 days of receipt of the bill.

Documentation - You are required to provide a copy of the repair invoice (if repaired professionally), a copy of repair receipts (if repaired by self) a copy of the Veolia Water meter readings showing reduced water consumption after repair.
