  • Watch Live (Zoom)

While City Council work sessions are open to the public, no public testimony is taken on scheduled items. You can watch the meeting using the link below.

Due to COVID-19 health protocols and group gathering limits, the capacity in City Council Chambers at City Hall is extremely limited. We ask people to participate virtually if possible to ensure that in-person space is available to those without access to technology

Meeting Information

About the City Council
All City Council meetings are open to the public, except for the Executive Sessions which deal with personnel, litigation and other items specifically allowed by the Idaho Open Meetings Law.

While the meetings are open to the public, not all agenda items are subject to public testimony. If you would like to contact a Council Member on an item that is not on the public hearing calendar, contact the City Council office to be put in touch with a Council Member directly.

If you are interested in testifying on a public hearing item, a sign-up sheet is available before each meeting in the lobby outside of the Council Chambers. After everyone who has signed up to testify has done so, the Mayor and Council will accept comment from anyone present who was not able to sign-up before the meeting.
