The regular monthly meeting of the Boise Public Library Board of Trustees is scheduled for the second Wednesday of each month at 11:30 a.m. in the Downtown Library's Marion Bingham Room on the third floor of the library. Note that times, dates and location are subject to change. Please see Board Agendas or Newsroom for detailed information about a specific meeting.

All public meetings are held in a hybrid format allowing both virtual and in-person attendance to ensure compliance with the Idaho Open Meetings Law. Additionally, the meeting location is accessible for those with physical disabilities. Participants may request reasonable accommodations, such as a language interpreter, from the City of Boise to facilitate participation in the meeting.
