Zumba Basics is a low-impact Senior Dance Fitness Class designed for Seniors 50+ looking to get in better shape and build a consistent workout regimen. This class can be done standing, in a chair or alternating and is a great way to introduce students to the fun energetic rhythms of Zumba!
For ages 50+.
This class is part of a series that is every Wednesday from August 7 to August 28.
The fees apply to all classes offered in the series. You will only need to register once.
