Poi Spinning Beginner/Intermediate

Poi spinning has been termed “yoga for the brain, a kind of 3-D, moving puzzle for your whole body and brain. It is an extremely fun and unique way to build coordination, upper-body strength, visual-spatial thinking, creative movement skills, self-confidence, a sense of humor about your own mistakes, and create shapes of light with your movements! Students of ALL levels may join. No experience or materials required! We will learn the basics and tailor classes to ability levels in the group, which will also include intermediate and advanced skills.
For ages 13-17.
This class is part of a series that is every Tuesday from July 23 to August 13.
The fees apply to all classes offered in the series. You will only need to register once.
