Shotokan Karate Mixed Level (July)

Learn traditional Shotokan Karate including; dojo etiquette, warm-up, Kishon, Katas, and Kumite. Class will focus on Kihon or basic techniques (blocks, punches, kicks and stances) and Katas or prearrange forms (formal exercise) and Kumite or sparring as student’s progress. Instructor Alvin A. Sablan started his training with Shotokan Karate of America in 1983.

Great for ages 13 and older.

This class is a part of a series that runs every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for the month of May (except Memorial Day). The fees cover all classes in the series. You will only need to register once.
