AdVenture Summer Camp

9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

This fun day-camp is for participants with disabilities ages 13-20. Activities will include field trips, art projects, swimming and other great programs! The staff to participant ratio will be 1:5. Participants will work on money management and will need to bring approximately $10 per week for field trips. A detailed schedule with daily activity costs will be sent to participants. Participants MUST register at least one week prior to their start date. Scholarships are available. We will meet at Whitney Community Center located at 1609 S. Owyhee St in Boise and participants can be dropped off starting at 8:30 a.m.

Great for individuals ages 13-20.

Boise Parks and Recreation’s AdVenture program provides a wide range of programs for youth and adults with disabilities. We also offer inclusion services in which modifications may be provided so that an individual with a disability can fully participate in any of Boise Parks and Recreation’s programs. Services, such as sign language interpreters, additional staff, adaptive equipment, etc. may be provided with at least two weeks advanced notice of the program start date with no cost to the participant.

This camp runs Monday-Friday from June 17-21. The fees cover the cost of the entire camp. You only need to register once.
