Senior Health & Safety Fair

If you’re age 55 or better, know someone who is, or just love health and safety, plan to join us at this year’s Annual Senior Health & Safety Fair on Wednesday, October 9 from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
The event theme is Health & Safety at Home, and we have invited numerous businesses, agencies, and organizations committed to promoting health and safety. This year’s clinics and services include hearing assessments, blood pressure checks, flu shots, and chair massage. Those wishing to have a flu shot will need to sign up in advance at (208) 608-7580 and bring their insurance cards’s to the event.
Some of this year’s health and safety related businesses and organizations attending include the Fire Department, Delta Dental, Idaho Power, Central District Health, Blue Cross of Idaho, Walgreens, Food for Life, Advanced Clinical Research, Treasure Valley Hearing & Balance, and many more.
Each guest will receive one free raffle ticket to be entered into a prize drawing that begins at 11:45 a.m. Ticket holders must be present to win. Guests are encouraged to stick around after the fair to enjoy lunch. Lunch is prepared on site by Metro Meals on Wheels and is available for a suggested donation of $4 or anyone- age 60 and older, and for $6 for everyone else.
