Join Boise Parks and Recreation staff and engineers for a community open house on Monday, November 20th at 5:45 p.m. to learn more about planned modifications at Phase 2 of the J.A. and Kathryn Albertson Boise Whitewater Park.
You are welcome to drop in any time before 7:15 p.m. in the William F. Hayes Memorial Auditorium on the first floor of the Boise Public Library. There will be no formal presentation, however, members of the project team will be on hand throughout the open house for one-on-one conversations related to the project and to answer any questions related to the Phase 2 modifications planned by the McMillen engineering team. We will also have some Boise Whitewater Park swag to give away!
The goal of the updates to the Phase 2 wave feature is to create a more reliable and consistent experience for users at all levels. We appreciate your understanding and support of the Boise Whitewater Park over the years, and we ask for your continued patience as our team implements and learns how to utilize the modifications made to shape the wave feature at different river flows.
