Planning and Zoning Commission meetings are held in the Maryanne Jordan City Council Chambers on the 3rd floor of City Hall. Meetings start at 6:00 p.m. and are open to the public. The meeting's end time depends on the length of the agenda. All public meetings are held in a hybrid format, allowing both virtual and in-person attendance to ensure compliance with the Idaho Open Meetings Law:
How to Participate
If you want to testify at the meeting, you can sign up in advance. A sign-up form will be available below once the hearing's agenda has been set. The form will remain active until noon on the day of the hearing. At that point, advanced sign-ups will close, and the form will not be displayed. However, any member of the public will still be allowed to speak after everyone on the sign-up list has spoken.
For each hearing item, in-person testimony will be heard before online testimony.
