Meeting Information

Participate

Hearing Examiner meetings are held in the Maryanne Jordan City Council Chambers on the 3rd floor of City Hall. Meetings are open to the public. The meeting's end time depends on the length of the agenda. All public meetings are held in a hybrid format, allowing both virtual and in-person attendance to ensure compliance with the Idaho Open Meetings Law:

How to Participate

If you want to testify at the meeting, you can sign up in advance. A sign-up form will be available below once the hearing's agenda has been set. The form will remain active until 10 a.m. on the day of the hearing. At that point, advanced sign-ups will close, and the form will not be displayed. However, any member of the public will still be allowed to speak after everyone on the sign-up list has spoken.

For each hearing item, in-person testimony will be heard before online testimony.
