Women in Law Enforcement

Women interested or curious about a career in law enforcement are invited to attend an information session at Boise State University in the Lookout Ballroom. Whether you’re looking for a job, still in College or High school or in the military, we hope you’ll come learn what being in law enforcement is really about. This workshop is open to anyone but will focus on female specific topics that other recruitment events do not cover.

During this open and free session, female and male law enforcement officers from around the Treasure Valley will discuss what the job is like for them. They will review the hiring process, what to expect from training, typical schedules, specialty and promotion opportunities, as well as pay and benefits.
