City Announces 54 Applicants for Council Vacancies

Fifty-two Boiseans submitted applications for one of two Boise City Council vacancies. Mayor Lauren McLean is reviewing each application and will begin interviewing her top choices later this week. Mayor McLean anticipates announcing her choices in early March.

Applicants who are qualified electors in current District 3 may be considered for either vacancy. Those who reside elsewhere in the city will be considered for the at-large seat.
