After receiving multiple tips and neighborhood concerns regarding possible narcotics activities at a residence on the 4800 block of Cresthaven Drive, members of the Boise Police Neighborhood Contact Officer Unit began investigating the home in August of this year.  Dispatch records also confirmed that officers and paramedics had responded to that residence three times since April of 2018 for narcotics-related overdose incidents.   Following further investigation, officers presented their case to the Ada County Prosecutor’s Office and a search warrant was issued for the residence.  Officers served the warrant on Tuesday morning and detained four residents at the time.  Upon searching the home, officers located over four grams of suspected heroin in a room belonging to two of the suspects, identified as Charles Payment and Makayla Cox.  Suspected meth and heroin were located in the room belonging to Tyler Sprague, and officers found suspected marijuana and paraphernalia which reportedly belonged to Wyatt Murie.  All four suspects were transported to the Ada County Jail where they were booked on their related charges.
