While assisting Probation and Parole officers, members of the BPD Neighborhood Contact Unit and Ada County Sheriff’s Office ACTION Team located a large amount of narcotics and paraphernalia in a Boise residence which resulted in the arrest of four people.

What Happened: Boise Police NCO officers were contacted to assist on a felony arrest of a woman at a residence on the 5200 block of W. Morris Hill Road on Thursday morning. Officers took the woman, identified as Jacquelyn Hancock, into custody without incident. Upon arrest, officers located suspected meth, a digital scale, and individual baggies believed to belong to Hancock. A man who was with Hancock, identified as Isaac Shaw, was found to have a warrant for failure to appear. A search of the residence revealed several articles of drug paraphernalia and suspected marijuana. A plastic container which held 15.6 grams of suspected heroin, a trafficking amount, was found in a safe believed to belong to Shaw. In all, four residents of the home were transported to the Ada County Jail where they were booked for the above charges.
