At 9:45 p.m. on Sunday, Boise Police responded to a report of shots fired on the 1800 block of Owyhee Street. Additional officers arrived on Owyhee Street and secured the scene there as well.  Preliminary information indicates that the victim and the suspect had been in an argument on Owyhee Street. The victim got into a car to leave and at some point the suspect used a firearm to shoot at the victim multiple times while he was in the car.  The victim then drove to Overland and Vista where he was found by police.  During an investigation on scene, detectives were able to identify Christopher Moorefield as the suspect.  He was taken into custody and after further investigation, Moorefield was taken to the Ada County Jail and booked on the listed charges.
