Family offers reward in search for missing man

January 10, 2020

The family of Teo, the 68-year-old who has been missing since Dec. 19th, is offering a $3,000 reward for credible information that leads to locating Teo.  The Boise Police Department has received dozens of tips since Teo went missing, but the last confirmed sighting remains to be on the day on he went missing, December 19th.  Since then officers have not been able to verify where he went or who he saw.

Teo is known to be an engaging individual and it’s expected that he would try to talk to people or drivers or service providers. Teo's family says he suffers from a past traumatic brain injury and has the mentality of an 8-year-old.  Teo also speaks minimal English, his primary language is Spanish.   Officers ask that anyone who may have spoken with Teo to please call Ada County Dispatch at 208-377-6790.  Our officers will follow up on every tip.

Investigators ask that people not assume the search for Teo is limited to any one area of the Treasure Valley.  Residents across town are asked to search their properties, out buildings and other accessible areas.

Officers have searched the area where Teo was last seen multiple times by foot and by Unmanned Aerial Vehicle with no success.
