The Boise Police Department is investigating social media videos showing some very disturbing cases of animal abuse. There are unconfirmed reports from people who believe that the videos might have been recorded in Boise or the surrounding area. BPD is asking if anyone recognizes the tattoos shown in the images below. They are screen grabs from the recent video and officers believe the tattoos may help identify the suspect if he is local.

Boise Police have not been able to link any reports of missing pets to the online videos and there is no confirmation that the animal abuse happened in Boise. The investigation is ongoing.
