BPD investigating after vehicle vs bicycle crash

Around 7:45 this evening, Boise Police responded to a vehicle vs bicyclist crash at W. Ustick and W. Acre Ln.  The injured bicyclist is a teenager who was rushed to the hospital with life threatening injuries.  Upon arrival, officers began an investigation and secured the scene.  The driver of the vehicle is cooperating with the investigation.  Preliminary information indicates that the driver was traveling south on Acre and attempting to make a right turn onto westbound Ustick. Evidence indicates the bicyclist was riding eastbound in the northside of the roadway. The collision occurred at the corner of the intersection. No charges have been filed and the investigation is ongoing at this time.
