Arrested: Craig Graving, 25, Boise
Charges: Aggravated Assault (F) -2 counts, Possession of a controlled substance (F)
On September 13th around 2:00 pm, Boise Police responded to a report of an assault with a deadly weapon at a business near Franklin and Orchard. Officers received information that for unknown reasons a suspect had pointed a firearm at two employees. The employees feared for their safety and the suspect drove away. Officers immediately began searching the area for the suspect and the suspect’s vehicle. Based on the description of the suspect and the vehicle officers were able to identify the suspect as Craig Graving. After additional investigation officers were able to locate the suspect today around 1:00 p.m. and take him into custody without incident. During the arrest officers found Graving to be in possession of a handgun and a controlled substance. Graving was taken to the Ada County Jail and booked on the listed charges.
