Arrested: Jorge Lossi, 39, Boise
Charge: Murder in the second degree (F)
On August 19, 2022, around 10:55 pm Boise Police responded to a call for service at a home on S. Orchard Street near W. Franklin Road. When officers arrived they located an injured adult male victim and secured the scene. Ada County Paramedics also responded and attempted lifesaving efforts but the victim passed away from his injuries. A preliminary investigation showed the victim had been stabbed. Officers detained a suspect on scene and after further investigation involving detectives from the Boise Police Violent Crime Unit, Jorge Lossi, was arrested and booked into the Ada County Jail on the listed charges. The investigation is ongoing.
