Suspect: Russell Wageman, 40, Boise

On Friday around 2:30 pm Boise Police officers responded to a report of shots fired on the 200 block of S. Franklin Park Dr. Evidence indicates there was an altercation between two male subjects, who are known to each other, before the shooting occurred. Prior to officers arriving on scene the victim had already been transported to the hospital by a private party in stable condition. The suspect had also left the scene in a silver car. Officers on scene set up a perimeter and conducted an area search. Upon further investigation, detectives were able to identify the suspect as Russell Wageman. Investigators later located the suspect and suspect vehicle and Wageman was booked into the Ada County Jail on the listed charge.
