October 1, 2025

Arrested: Alexander Wills, 45, Boise

Charges: Forcible Penetration by use of a foreign object (F)

On September 2, 2025, Boise Police responded to a call for service regarding a report of a sexual assault.  The adult female victim was receiving support from service providers and detectives from the Special Victims Unit immediately began an investigation.

The investigation determined that the suspect and victim were known to each other through a doctor–patient relationship, with the victim being a patient. Evidence indicates the suspect, identified as Alexander Wills, made aggressive physical contact with the victim, and committed forcible penetration by use of a foreign object.

On September 30, 2025, while officers were conducting a separate investigation involving the suspect, Alexander Wills was taken into custody and arrested on the listed charges.
