Boise Police are investigating a series of thefts from local vape stores that have occurred over the past week and a half, including an attempted armed robbery earlier today. The suspect, who was wearing a mask, was captured on store surveillance video. Photos from these incidents, including one of the suspect leaving the scene on a bicycle, are included below.

Investigators believe only one individual is responsible. Due to the suspect’s escalating behavior, detectives are working quickly to identify and locate him. A person of interest has been identified, and officers are looking to speak with this individual. Photos of the person of interest are also included below.

Incidents under investigation:
- Petit Theft on 9/14/25 around 6:25 pm at a business on the 600 block of N. Five Mile Road
- Robbery on 9/16/25 around 12:30 pm at a business on the 600 block of N. Orchard Street
- Attempted Armed Robbery on 9/23/25 around 2:00 pm on the 5100 block of W. Overland Road.
