Annual reports are used to document and celebrate prior year neighborhood association efforts, as well as help city staff and neighborhood associations plan for the upcoming year. Neighborhood associations are required to submit an annual report by February 15, 2024 to retain 'active' status with the City of Boise.

- Fill in all fields and submit form by February 15, 2024.
- Upload most recent copy of bylaws.
- Upload photos of 2023 neighborhood events.
