Denton is a multifamily development located in Liberty Park designed to increase access to affordable housing in the City of Boise by adding 191 new affordable houses, serving residents earning up to 80% of the area median income (AMI), with 19 homes dedicated to Our Path Home for households exiting homelessness.
The City partnered with The Pacific Companies and Idaho Housing and Finance Association to invest $6.7M in Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) funds to make this project possible.
This building includes a community room for the residents to enjoy, a fitness area, mail room, onsite parking and indoor bike storage, and outdoor playground, picnic and barbeque areas for residents to enjoy.
