In May 2023, the City purchased nearly 2 acres of land in the West Bench neighborhood to build affordable housing. In partnership with J. Fisher Companies and Ada County, this development will add 212 multifamily units with all of them serving households earning less than 80% of the area median income. Dorado Station is anticipated to be complete in Fall 2027.
