In August 2023, the City acquired a multi-family property at 860 W. Sherwood Street in the Lusk District from Boise State University. Through a partnership with Northwest Real Estate Capitol Corporation, this Permanent Supportive Housing development will offer homes and on-site support services to families exiting homelessness.
The Sherwood is expected to be available in Summer 2026.
