Denton is a new multifamily development that will be located in Liberty Park designed to increase access to affordable housing in the City of Boise. The City partnered with The Pacific Companies and Idaho Housing and Finance Association to invest $6.7M in Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) funds to make this project possible.
Denton will feature a variety of apartment types, including one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom units, to meet the needs of diverse households earning up to 80% of the area median income (AMI).
The project is anticipated to be completed in December 2025.
