Property Tax Rebate Program

In November 2022, Boise Mayor and City Council approved the allocation of $1.2 million to fund the City of Boise Property Tax Rebate Program. This means that Boise homeowners who applied for and were approved for the state's Circuit Breaker Program in April 2022 are also eligible for the City of Boise Property Tax Rebate Program.

Applications for the Property Tax Rebate Program are now available. Eligible residents will have until May 1, 2023 to apply.

Applications are being mailed the week of December 5th to all residents who were approved for the state’s Circuit Breaker Program. The application will also be available at city facilities, including neighborhood libraries, Boise City Hall, and the Senior Center.
