Adult Volleyball

Due to the recent extreme increase in COVID-19 infections in Ada County, as well as direction from City officials and state and local health professionals, Boise Parks and Recreation has made the decision to delay the starting of the volleyball season. A new start date has not been determined but it is not anticipated to occur before the end of the year.  Payment of fees will remain in place until the season begins at a later date unless a team wishes to not participate, in which case a full refund will be provided.  Please be aware that the safety of our employees and participants is extremely important and will always be our top priority.

Boise Parks and Recreation Department offers organized weeknight adult league volleyball at all levels of play. Programs are available for ages 16 and older.

Registration is accepted on a team basis only.

COVID-19 Information

The health and safety of all players remains our top priority. We are still following recommendations from Central District Health (CDH) related to on COVID-19 safety precautions, and some things have changed since our last communication, including in relation to face coverings/masks:

  • CDH has said that adults actively engaged in athletic competition, training or practice are not required to wear a face mask when wearing a face covering is not feasible. This means that teams will not be required to wear masks while playing, but masks will be required when entering/exiting facilities and at any point when you are not actively playing.
