Waitlist Information

About Waitlists

We encourage participants to join the waitlist if the class they are interested in is full. This helps us identify the needs of the community and additional classes or spots may be added.

When an activity has filled, the option to join the waitlist becomes available. There is no cost associated with being added to a waitlist. Joining the waitlist can be completed online, over the phone or in person.

Important information:

• If space becomes available in an activity, the next individual on the waitlist will be contacted by phone at the primary phone number listed in the account.
• Waitlist spots are held for 24 hours from the time the call was made or voicemail was left.
• To register once you have been notified that a waitlist spot has opened up, call (208) 608-7680 to pay and enroll within the 24-hour timeframe during business hours.
• You have the option to decline the spot or if you do not call back within 24 hours to enroll with payment, you will be removed from the waitlist and the next person on the waitlist will be offered that spot.
• To join the waitlist online, process the transaction checking out completely even if there is not an amount due. A confirmation receipt will be emailed upon successful waitlist enrollment with the waitlist position you are in.
• The integrity of the waitlist is upheld, and we will always offer spots in the order of the waitlist.
• Only household member(s) selected will be added to the waitlist and offered a spot if space becomes available. Be sure to select all household members that would like to participate.

Spots may or may not become available in any given activity. Being on a waitlist does not guarantee placement. Please do not attend a waitlisted activity without first being contacted and enrolling from the waitlist, as participation will not be allowed.
