Boise Will Expand In-Person Services

January 26, 2021

The City of Boise will expand in-person service offerings starting February1st. This will be done cautiously and will follow health protocols.

The Boise community worked together over the holiday season to protect families, friends, and neighbors from the COVID-19 virus. Partnerships between businesses, residents, and the City of Boise have slowed the spread of COVID-19 in our community enough to offer these limited services.

The City of Boise will continue to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic and all services offered to ensure the health of residents and city employees.

Residents are strongly encouraged to use virtual services whenever possible, but in-person services will be available for those who need this type of access.

Anyone entering a city facility will be required to wear a face-covering that properly covers the mouth and nose and maintain appropriate physical distance.
