Overland Road. Mccord had a “no bond” arrest warrant and was wanted for felony eluding. Burchett was wanted for unlawful possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and felony failure to appear. As officers attempted to take Mccord into custody she physically resisted and attempted to bite an officer.  Burchett was arrested without incident.

Based on further investigation, a search warrant was obtained for the hotel room where Mccord and Burchett had been staying. Inside the room officers located 30.4 grams of heroin and 2 grams of marijuana which were tested and came back presumptive positive. Officers also located 17.5 grams of methamphetamine, MDMA, several schedule 3 and schedule 4 pills without prescriptions, drug paraphernalia, and cash.  Upon further investigation officers found that many of the bags of heroin and methamphetamines were individually packaged.

Mccord and Burchett were arrested on the listed charges and booked into the Ada County Jail.
