Boise Police Arrest Five Suspects in Attacks on Vulnerable Adults

Arrested: Tristan Febus, 19, Boise

Charges: Attempted Robbery (F), Battery with intent to commit a serious felony (F) – 2 counts, Criminal Conspiracy (F) – 2 counts, Aggravated Assault (F), Robbery (F), Burglary (F)

On October 29, 2025, Boise Police began investigating a report involving several juveniles battering a vulnerable adult on October 12, 2025. Following a detailed investigation, detectives identified four juvenile suspects and one 19-year-old suspect. During the investigation, detectives also uncovered evidence of a second incident involving a separate vulnerable adult victim that occurred on August 2, 2025.

Boise Police Juvenile Detectives, School Resource Officers, and Special Victims Unit Detectives all participated in the investigation. Evidence indicates that in the first incident, the suspects attempted to rob the victim before proceeding to physically assault him. In the second incident, investigators found that the suspects lured a victim to a location, stole items from him, and assaulted him. Not all of the suspects were involved in both incidents.

On November 5, 2025, Boise Police arrested four juvenile suspects on multiple charges. They were booked into the Ada County Juvenile Detention Center. A fifth suspect, age 19, was also arrested and booked into the Ada County Jail on listed charges.

Boise Police are currently serving additional search warrants in connection with this investigation, and additional charges are possible. The investigation remains ongoing.
