Eagle Rock Park Court Conversion – November 2022 Update
This is an update regarding plans to convert one of the tennis courts at Eagle Rock Park to two dedicated pickleball courts (the other tennis court will remain dedicated to tennis with a backboard). Due to the current construction market, supply chain delays, material costs and cooling temperatures/inclement weather, the planned resurfacing and striping of the court is expected to take place in 2023. This hybrid court conversion plan was approved by the Boise Parks and Recreation Commission in July 2022 following community outreach related to the courts.
The Parks and Recreation Department will continue to keep the community updated as a contractor is assigned, and a timeline for the work is determined.
