Any Residential and Commercial Certificate of Appropriateness decisions may be appealed within 10 days from the date of issuance. The Historic Preservation Appeal Period Waiver, accompanied by the signatures of all adjacent property owners and residents and a representative of the registered neighborhood association, may be submitted to bypass the appeal period in order to expedite the submittal of a building permit.
